Function introduction:

3. Infrared detector assures auto paper-breaking protection, When paper is broken, the press roll and the glue trough will withdraw.

4. Thickness of glue is controlled by the clearance between glue roller and doctor roller, by electromotion or automatic.

 a.Electromotion:  Press the button that controls to adjust the clearance, to ensure paste enough glue.

 b.Automatic controlling: The encoder and PLC auto-controls according the change of speed. And with inter-face display, to ensure machine work in high or slow speed with good quality production.

5. High Rigidity one basement structure, drive with corrugating in mutual; independent drive box, universal joints help to increase stability. Might be communicate with PLC and transducer, control accelerate or decelerate speed, save power, reserve Input or Output of computer management system.

6. Might be equipped sprayer, adjustable base paper humidity.

1.The diameter of corrugated roller is Φ310 mm,Φ320 mm,Φ360 mm,Φ430mm, It is made from alloy steel 48CrMo.The roller with heat treatment is polished, plated with chrome, the hardness of its surface reaches above SH75.

2.The surface of the corrugated roller can be coated with carbon tungsten, which makes the roller wear-resisting and highly effective, reduces the shrinkage ratio of corrugated cardboard, and ensures long service life.
